I started about 1996 or 1997 (wow! I can&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s been that long already) and I loved everything about it including the clothing. I had lots of vintage clothing back then but now I just don&#8217;t fit much of it anymore. I used to put them on consignment when they didn&#8217;t fit or I just felt the need for a change. Then, I started noticing, the next week one of the other girls in the scene would show up wearing one of my dresses at the next dance. Plus, I have begun to make dancing friendly, vintage &#8220;look&#8221; clothing for myself. (Girls, I am sure you know what I mean about being able to lift your arms up above your head without ripping something or having the whole shirt ride up) I also started to make some for friends who I dance with, as well as costumes for my <a href="http://www.jitterbugjunkies.ca" title="Jitterbug Junkies website">performance dance troupe.</a> (The Jitterbug Junkies if you are interested!) So, I decided why not start an online store? Since I work for myself already, I have the luxury to be able to go and search the vintage and second hand shops that many others don&#8217;t. I will do the hunting work, and possible repairs, for you. Plus, since I am a <a href="http://www.clutterconquerors.ca"title="ClutterConquerors:Professional Organizers">professional organizer</a>, I help declutter peoples storage and have access to some wonderful vintage pieces that way.
