My mum wore this skirt in the 70’s but I just found out that is was my great grandmothers first, then my grandmothers before my mum. It’s had a long history! Therefore it is probably from the 40’s or 50’s. There are two pockets on the front as it is a back wrap and it is a very small size but ,as it is a wrap skirt, it can be adjusted somewhat. I would guess that it is a size 2 in todays dress sizes. The waist is 68.5cm (27”) and the hip is not much larger. The length is 76cm (30”).
